Event Staff

Bonne et Belle is a full-service venue.  We work with you during planning to create the perfect floor plan, and we set it up for you on event day.

As guests arrive, our parking attendants will greet and direct them per your wishes.

During your event, our staff is on site making sure vendors are supported, facilities stay clean, the fire pit is tended, you and your guests are taken care of, and everything runs smoothly.

When the event ends, we help you gather your personal items and we take care of breakdown and clean-up.

We are your partner every step of the way to ensure your special moment is good and beautiful.

Eco-Conscious Design

We designed Bonne et Belle with nature in mind.  Our venue structures follow LEED practices from our rooftop of solar panels, repurposed concrete for permeable roadways, locally sourced tongue-and-groove wall paneling, to our river-recovered, Florida-cypress bar top.

We offer two getting-ready suites for our couples.

Rooms with a View

Our Carriage House Suite and our Loft Suite have picture windows with stunning views of the garden and ponds.

The Loft Suite also features a second-story deck with sweeping views of Bonne et Belle and the White Barn.

Both suites allow couples to sneak a bird’s-eye-view of guests as they arrive for the big day!

All You Need

Both suites are stylishly furnished with plenty of room for relaxing and prepping with your wedding party.

The Carriage House Suite is equipped with two salon-style vanities and both suites feature oversized, full-length mirrors and a bathroom.

Fire-pit

Your guests can relax around the fire on our soft outdoor seating and Adirondack chairs. We'll tend the fire and leave the stargazing to you.

Boho Lounge Set

Add a touch of luxury to your reception with a beautiful Boho lounge space. Guests love sinking into our wicker egg chairs and cocoon love seat! Our lounge furniture is available as a set or as individual pieces.

Terrace Seating

Our conversation sets and sink-into-sectional give guests a comfortable space to mingle and soak in those pastoral views.

Ceremony Arches

The choice is yours!
We have a 10.5' brushed gold circle arch or a pair of 12' and 10' custom-made wood triangle arches.
Or, if you have a special arch you'd like to provide, you're welcome to do that, as well!

Built-in Bar

Beautiful and practical, our built-in bar is outfitted with industry-grade coolers and styled with back-lit granite wall panels and a live-edge bar top of local Cypress.

Live Plants

Nature is a part of Bonne et Belle, inside and out. Our venue comes furnished with a verity of live plants for floor and table top.

Event time is start of ceremony to end of reception. The ceremony time on your wedding invitation is considered the start of the event.

No, 9 a.m. is the earliest time you can arrive. An alternative is to meet your stylist at the studio or increase the number of stylists for your group. The Carriage House Suite is furnished with two salon chairs so your tribe can get ready in half the time.

The White Barn’s capacity for events with seated dining is 134. Cocktail-style event capacity is 150-200.

 

Our packages are one-day access only; therefore we require all decor and rentals be installed by professional vendors or by your day-of coordinator and be broken down one hour after the event ends.

 

Yes. To ensure the best experience for you and your guests, we require that clients hire a professional coordinator, selected from our Preferred Vendor List. 

 

The balance will be due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

 

Yes, we have a limited selection of table linens, decor, specialty tables and seating, and ceremony arches. We also offer fine place settings for rent.

Yes you can. Clients may purchase their own alcohol, but ALL alcohol must be served by an insured bartender approved by Bonne et Belle. Wedding guests may NOT bring their own alcohol. No tailgating or self-serve alcohol is allowed due to liability reasons.

Yes. We also provide parking attendants to greet and direct guests on arrival.

 

Out of respect for our neighbors and local ordinances, all events must end by 10 p.m., regardless of when they start. We recommend a ceremony start time of 5 p.m. or earlier for a 5-hour event.

 
 

We are a full service venue that partners with you from the planning stage to the grand exit. We design your floor plan and your ceremony seating, and we set it up for you. If you rent any decor or ceremony arches, we set that up for you, as well. We are on site during rehearsal to answer questions and troubleshoot any issues. On wedding day, we have staff on site to greet your wedding party and your vendors. A half hour before ceremony, our parking attendants and venue attendants begin greeting and directing arriving guests. During your event, we support your vendors and your coordinator as needed, we bus tables, we keep bathrooms stocked and clean, we clean up spills, keep decor looking perfect, tend the fire in the fire pit, and support the comfort and needs of you and your guests. At grand exit, we help assemble guests, light sparklers and operate the barn doors. We then clean up, support your vendors, take out the trash, and help you box up your personal belongings. We are your team, ensuring your wedding day is good and beautiful!

Yes. Bonne et Belle does not provide in-house catering. We partner with our preferred vendors. If you have a vendor you’d like to work with that’s not listed, they must be approved by Bonne et Belle before signing your contract with them.

 

We’re a working farm and we love animals! To keep everyone safe, however, we have strict parameters for visiting pets. If you’d like to include your animal babies in your special day, let us know and we can discuss options with you!

 

No. But we do have a list of area hotels that we can recommend for you and your guests.
